Anonymous numero uno: I’m so happy to hear you’re starting with Photoshop! It’ll be a great adventure :PAs for other tutorials, they do take a lot of time. I use several billion layers of colouring in my graphics it’s probably unhealthy, but I can tell you that most of them are adjustment layers (you can find them under Layer » new adjustment layer, or if you have CS5 then they should already be on your toolbar). For example, I like reds and yellows so I use Colour Balance layers to higher the red and yellow midtones, shadows etc. I also like purple so I manage to work purple/blue Screen layers in :)About a year ago, I sat down with this cap and spent a good hour messing around, experimenting with it - different colouring layers (for instance, I have quite a few brown layers set to soft light/colour, a couple of purple layers set to screen) and just found my own style. Sad though it sounds, it was really fun! I can offer help to you if you need it (by all means, ask me whatever you want if you’re struggling) but the best advice I can give you is to just experiment! :)Anonymous numero due: Thank you so much! That means a lot :DAs for the texture, the brush texture is just a paint stroke brush tool I found on DeviantArt, but the other texture is this texture by the amazing wicked-fate :)daylightspeaks: :O OH GOD thank you so much!! My colouring floors you? LOL ilu <3
